Dear Families,
Welcome to Term 2!
This What's On is designed to help you plan ahead for Term 2. Please be aware that changes may (and probably will) happen. We will continue to keep you updated via Compass.
Administrative Changes for Term 2
Staffing
This Term, Ms Katie Francis will be teaching in Stage 2 and Junior Mounties each Tuesday, providing Miss Mulzer and Mrs Sprowles with their Release From Face-to-Face (RFF)/ planning time.
Sport - Thursdays in Term 2
In Weeks 1 - 8 of Term 2, students will participate in AFL for sport. Each session will led by a qualified coach from AFL Australia. The timetable for sessions is as follows:
| 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm | Stage 3 |
| 1:45 pm - 2:30 pm | Stage 2 |
| 2:30 pm - 3:05 pm | Junior Mounties |
Compliance
As part of our compliance, I am required to inform you about our Child Protection Policy and Procedures. All staff are mandatory reporters, which means that legally, we are obliged to report to the NSW Government any reports of children at risk of harm or any significant incidents involving child safety.

Reminders/ To Do List
I love a good list, especially when a lot is happening. Here are some things that may still need your attention.
Parent Community Group Meeting, 5:30 pm on 5th May
This term we will be reviewing our Homework Guidelines, parent education opportunities and discussing some new projects that we hope to begin. We would love to see as many of you there as possible.
Mother's Day Tea Party & Photo Request
In preparation for our Mother's Day Liturgy, on May 7th @ 10:45 am, please send a photograph of your child/children with mum or any significant female in your child's life.
These photographs will be compiled into a slideshow and used as part of our celebration of Mothers and important females in our children's lives here at Mt St John's.
